TERMS & CONDITIONS
HABEATI MUSIC STUDIOS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General Use
1.1. The Music Room is available for use by authorised individuals or groups only.
1.2. All users must adhere to the designated booking schedule and vacate the room on time.
1.3. The Music Room is to be used exclusively for musical practice, rehearsal, or instruction - no other activities are permitted.
2. Booking & Access
2.1. Bookings must be made in advance through the recommended booking/reservation system. Payments can be on demand/PAYG, or via quote, PO and invoice through our Finance Department.
2.2. Users must check in at the security office before using the facility and present valid Emirates ID if required. Users must follow all instructions and guidance from AES staff.
2.3. The Music Room may not be used without prior approval or outside of designated hours.
2.4 The music room bookings are subject to change or cancellation at the sole discretion of AES without prior notice to the user. AES will not be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of the cancellation or change in bookings.
3. Equipment & Facilities
3.1. All instruments, sound equipment, and furniture must be used responsibly and returned to their original position after use.
3.2. Users are not permitted to remove any equipment from the room.
3.3. Any damage or malfunctioning equipment must be reported immediately to AES Staff.
3.4. Personal equipment may be used but must not interfere with existing setups.
4. Noise & Conduct
4.1. Users must keep sound levels reasonable and respect adjacent spaces.
4.2. Disruptive behaviour, including excessive noise outside the room, is not permitted.
4.3. Food, drinks, smoking, and the use of unauthorised substances are strictly prohibited.
5. Liability & Responsibility
5.1. Users are responsible for any damages or loss caused to the space and or equipment during their session and may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
5.2. The use of the Studios is entirely at the risk of the user. AES shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or other incident to any person or property arising out of or in connection with the use of the Studios, howsoever caused.
5.3. Users must comply with all safety regulations, including emergency procedures.
6. Cancellation & Non-Compliance
6.1. Cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days in advance by users.
